The RetDis-Database

The Molecular Genetic Laboratory, in cooperation with several national and international specialized ophthalmologic centers and clinics, collects, conserves and archives DNA samples and clinical records of patients and their families affected by hereditary ocular disorders for internal and external research projects. Moreover, we want to provide a resource of information and communication for clinicians and researchers, but also for patients, interested in the hereditary disorders of the eye.
